This Saturday, 9/5, I’ll be performing with The Kelly Aspen Band at the Taste of Colorado in Denver.
I hear this is a real nice event with multiple stages of entertainment, great food, etc.
I don’t know the exact times and stage yet, but I’ll post that info as soon as I find out.
Kelly is a very talented singer songwriter and I’ve enclosed links to her website & myspace page.
You won’t find me on these pages or her current CD, but please check them out if you get a chance.
There’s some real nice playing done by pro players.
On Saturday’s gig, I’m playing 6-string guitar only, and we’ll have a very good fiddle player with us.
We play in all different configurations. For example, one gig last month it was just Kelly on vocals and me on rhythm guitar opening up for The Charlie Daniels Band in Loveland, CO.
There may be some gigs coming up where she’ll bring in another guitar player, and I’ll be able to go over to pedal steel and keys, and that will be a whole lot of fun.

OK-
We're on the KYGO stage, the country stage, and there's no additional admission fee for this stage. We'll be the last act of the day and will be performing two 65 minute sets --

Sorry I won't be able to attend the Taste of Colorado this year, Marc. The wife just isn't up to it yet. She just got over an operation and that would be too much for her.
Would have loved to hear you play, tho. Keep us posted as to where you are pickin' (especially steel) and we'll try to get out to see you some time.
