Do any of you folks know of a source for the heavy duty latches that are used on Pak a Seats? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks in advance |

Jim Bob,
Those are called "draw bolts". Do a web search and you will find them.

I happen to have some since I build SteelSeats
Let me know what you want and I am sure I can get them to you and will not stick you with some high price.
I just hope some day you buy a SteelSeat or let someone I helped. _________________ Joe Naylor, Avondale, AZ (Phoenix) Announcer/Emcee owner www.steelseat.com *** OFFERING SEATS AND Effects cases with or without legs and other stuff ****** -Desert Rose Guitar S-10, Life Member of the Arizona Carport Pickers Assoc., Southwest Steel Guitar Assoc., Texas Steel Guitar Assoc., GA Steel Guitar Assoc., KS Steel Guitar Assoc. Joe, thanks for the response. I have a Steelseat made for me by Thom Beeman (RIP). I'll pass your information on to Bill Jobes who asked me to see if I could find the nice latches like Steel seat uses.

Jim Bob - it would be best to email me a photo to joe.naylor.net
but I assume they are the standard SteelSeat latches.
Will be happy to help out. _________________ Joe Naylor, Avondale, AZ (Phoenix) Announcer/Emcee owner www.steelseat.com *** OFFERING SEATS AND Effects cases with or without legs and other stuff ****** -Desert Rose Guitar S-10, Life Member of the Arizona Carport Pickers Assoc., Southwest Steel Guitar Assoc., Texas Steel Guitar Assoc., GA Steel Guitar Assoc., KS Steel Guitar Assoc. Still needing latches????? - I have 25 each of 2 sizes coming in tonight - if you order one or two from the hardware people they usually charge you at least a leg and some times an arm
I sell steelseat.com and will send them to you at my cost and you pay postage.
just want to help an musican is I can _________________ Joe Naylor, Avondale, AZ (Phoenix) Announcer/Emcee owner www.steelseat.com *** OFFERING SEATS AND Effects cases with or without legs and other stuff ****** -Desert Rose Guitar S-10, Life Member of the Arizona Carport Pickers Assoc., Southwest Steel Guitar Assoc., Texas Steel Guitar Assoc., GA Steel Guitar Assoc., KS Steel Guitar Assoc.
