Scrolling Arrows Quit

Lately, scrolling with the keyboard arrows (N,S,E,W) don't seem to work very well or at all.

Sometimes when you click North or South the entire page leaps from top to bottom with no graduated stops; and viceversa.

Without going in somewhere and making things worse, can someone help me here.

That did the trick. Simply pushed F7 and the rest was history. Smile
