Just had a great couple of days in Nashville. Hadn't been here since about 1983 when I studied at Jeffran College. Came back this week for a few days' of intensive C6 work with Doug Jernigan (my head still hurts) and got to catch Carco Clave, Mike Sweeney and Mikey Douchette playing steel on Broadway, as well as meet Chris Scruggs, who was playing guitar that night. Special thanks to Jim Hoke for inviting me to come along to his demo session at Sony studios, where he was playing sax and harp and Mike Johnson was on steel. (I'm told not all sessions are such a party, but that one sure was!)

Packed a whole lot into a few short days and it was fun! Thanks to all my buddies for a great time. (As luck had it, I arrived just in time for the Hawaiian shirt convention...) Wink

Jim, I just came back from a Nashville trip as well. What a good time we had even though I di not get to do anything musically since my wife and children were with me. I plan on going back sometime where I can hearing some music at the Opry and downtown. Sure happy you had a great time as well.

These shirts are the recent "rage" amoungst steelers !! Why our OzSGA has our very own private vender, Al "Boo" Miller.

But--sadly--they don't make 'em in my size--they suggested I try Branson Tent & Awning Service-- Crying or Very sad

Thanks Jim.

Austin kind of complained about the yellow, but everyone was telling him how good he looked in it. See you in St.Louis.
