Hey, gang, just wanted you to know about a new show in Conway, AR that opened last Friday night, the "Mid-South Opry. A combination show and dance with a great facility and nice family atmosphere. Lots of opportunity for the local talent to showcase their stuff. The staff band consists of drums, bass, lead guitar, rythmn guitar, keyboard, twin fiddles (sometimes 3) and steel. One of our fiddle players is Miss Arkansas USA so when I join them with the fiddle (mostly I play steel) the folks don't even know I'm there. Just a beautiful person, as beautiful inside as out. Drop by if you happen to be in the area on Friday or Saturday night, or Sunday afternoon for the gospel sing.
