Which is the best 15" BW speaker in a Nashville 400?
1501-??????

Some early ones had 1501-4 DT long baskets. The later ones used the current model 1501-SB shallow baskets. Either one works great in the NV400 with the current one having more low end, I believe. These 2 are probably the most popular BW's in the Nashville 400 amps.

Some of them may have had the 1502-4 low frequency drivers. They work ok too, but have a different sound.

I bought mine back in the 80's and it came with the 1502 which sounds too mellow for me. The 1501 shallow basket would be best in my opinion. 4 ohms for maximum output of course.
