I have an TRAYNOR tube amp MARK 3.The on and off switch will not turn off the amp.Question is if i remove the four screws on the top of the amp will the face plate knobs and jacks come out with the tube section.Thanks for any information you can give it will be apprecieated. DELL

Delmar,

Assuming yours is similar to my Traynor (and other amps, as well), yes, you should be able to simply remove the four screws in the top and pull the chassis out. You ought to remove the tubes first, of course, so you don't break any in the process. The old Traynors are pretty simple to work on, so replacing a switch should be pretty easy.
