I downloaded and have been using Firefox recently. When I try to listen to Youtube, the message says either Javascript is turned off or I am using an old version of flash. I just opened IE and it still works. Do I need to do turn something on in Firefox?
thanks, Ron |

I think so.
I switched to Firefox a month or so ago and as I recall, I had to install Flash for it although I already had Flash installed for Internet Explorer.
Go here, when you are using Firefox:

I have said this in every reply concerning Adobe Flash updates:
You must check for and install updates to Flash from each browser installed on your PC. Internet Explorer and look-alikes use an ActiveX .ocx version of Flash that doesn't work on most other browsers. Firefox, Safari and Opera use another version, which is totally different than Flash for IE.
After you download the Flash update/setup file through each browser, it must be closed to install updates, then can be reopened to verify that they are indeed updated. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum
