Terrific Show Guys! Thanks to everyone for coming out to the Bell Cove last night and making our NTSGA event something to remember. I enjoyed sharing the stage with Bill & Abraham on the first set. Thank you "Mr. Buddy Emmons" for coming and being our guest. Please do come back and be with us soon. Nick

My good friend Jimmy Yates was there. He owns a PP Emmons that he bought new in the early 60's. He put about 8 knee levers on it and installed a Midi.It is a rare bird, and if you talk about sound, tone, that guitar has got it.
I'm so glad he is a member now. I saw John Hughy in Grand Rapids and he lives in Hendersonville, same as Jimmy and said he was going to look at that Emmons. Jimmy has had his share of playing with Jimmy Dickens, Stonewall Jackson, Jean Shepard, been on the Grand old Opry, many times. He has parkinsons now so doesnt play his steel anymore. He really likes going to the NTSGA meetings......al
