I had a newish EB volume pedal die on me on a gig over the weekend. String broke. They wanted just a few bucks to ship a new string kit, but I wrote and offered up the opinion that a newish pedal shouldn't die. They agreed, and are shipping the string kit out free of charge.

Now that's service. Funny that a pedal that's built like a tank can be brought to it's knee by a little string.

Good experience.

The cord/spring arrived in a couple days. It was a PITA to install until I realized you need to unscrew the little jack/circuit in front, which then gives you easy access to the interior. They don't tell you to do that in the instructions.

Works great now.
