Howdy you all, Just want to tell you that if you need something casted , machined , threaded , bored ,drilled,honed,ground ,welded,and anthing esle.
Let me know, I always do custom or one off jobs.Also sheet metal blanking.ALSO knobs of any type can be made or replicated. Custom tools as well.

Nice pics Marty. That last one, are you rounding over a changer finger on the drill press there? Looks like a jig you have made up for that purpose. Interesting for sure

| Yup that 54 is an oil catcher, its a 60's gasser 671 blown,4 speed,mag etc. No time to finish it. |

Marty did a great job for me on some legs and rods. He also found where the noted manufacturer put the wrong size threads on all of the rods. All of the ball joint had to be replaced. Nice job Marty. You guys can rest assured in his service.Jimmie
If Marty hadn't found the mistake the ball joints would have eventually worked loose and stripped out. How would you like to have that to happen to one at a gig?  |

| In your second picture, is that an original Sho-Bud eight string tailpiece that you have repaired, or did you make a repro? If its a repro, did you cast it, or is it machined? Also if it a repro, what did you use for the pattern, and is it an exact copy or just based on that style? |

| Thanks for the kind words Jimmie, I do things they way they suposed to be done ,even if means working harder. Sometimes I get backed up with jobs but I wont cut corners just to ship early. Once I finish a job I know Im right and the job will last for many years. |

Tone bars.Wood necks
Pedal setups.
I will be making and winding pickups when I get a helper in my shop.

I bought a Bigsby style bar from Marty a few weeks back. It's great . I really like the nose of the bar, it is very nice for single string work.
