I got a Session 400 from CL for $100 two or three years ago. A local authorized repair place had nevertheless failed to solve its problems. I took out the chassis and sent it to Peavey In Meridian for a complete checkup. Total bill including shipping was under $200 with a turnaround time of about two weeks. Unless the N400 has extraordinary issues not addressed in the ad, the Meridian solution isn't a bad worst-case-scenario.
