Danny Hammers has done such a great job on the website he has up for Lynn Owsley. Great pictures and stories from Lynn about the Texas Troubadours and ET years. If you haven't checked it out , you need to. Go to www.lynnowsley.com and enjoy some country music history in stories and pic's.

Thanks for the link (ad) also, Danny!

Chris,
That's what I thought!
Cal and Lynn have told me many of these stories, I love to see them written down and to actually see the pictures from that time.
Thanks again to Danny for the work he has put into sharing this with us all.

Lynn told me a really funny road story in Dallas last year. It involves a diamond sequin, but that's all I'm allowed to say. Smile

Chris,
Not all stories can or maybe should be written into evidence. HA

Thanks for the positive comments on my website. Danny Hammers has done a wonderful job in creating a venue for me to wallow and bask in my memories and to share some of them....
Chris.....the diamond/rhinestone is still right there where it fell....in the keyhead....many ask me about it and sometimes I will tell the story....sometimes I just smile and say "Ain't it nice!" I still have pics of that night but I can't share them.

It has been a ball, building this site

I talk Lynn into one more short story about Buddy Emmons Shirt and ET. So Funny You got to read this.

Thanks Leann, Chris, and Lynn

Now, I have to brag a little bit about my husband, Cal Sharp. If you are a Faron Young fan you can also visit his website, calsharp.com , he has videos there from the Faron Young years, stories about his life on the road with Nashville 'stars' and videos of the current band he is with.
Don't tell him I'm bragging about him here! He'd blush.

Leanne: You are right, Danny has done an excellent job on Lynn's web site! These sites give fans & us to see the memories and share the memories! Danny does the one for our steel guitar club in Bradenton too! I went to your husband's web site and it to is awesome. If you want to see another one that my husband did on his life & career go to http://www.roysfootprints.com You will find it also is an awesome sight and he too would be embarrassed if he knew I had posted this but it's great history about these awesome people who we all love and otherwise wouldn't know nearly as well. God's Blessings to all of you. Laurie
