Does Tim Scheerhorn have a website of any web presence? I googled him but didn't find anything except references to him and his instruments in articles, etc.

If not, does anyone know how to contact him?

And no, he does not have a website of any kind.

He sure hasn't needed one, since the waiting list on his guitars for the past several years has about three years plus, before he closed the list and stopped taking orders going on two years ago!
