Here is the "Nashville Then: 1974" slideshow from todays Nashville Tennessean. Acuff introducing McCartney on the Opry, Heaven Lee on a Ringling Brother Barnum a Bailey elephant in front of the Black Poddle on Printer's Alley, Sammi Smith onstage on the Alley with (possibly?)Chalker on steel - what more could you ask for? It was a very good year!

I guess Paul's first visit in '74 was when Lloyd played on "Sally G".
