The Sho-Bud volume pedal is almost as big as the steel. I had Fred Justice to make a case for it. Bobbe Seymour made the steel. I think I need professional help!

If thats got the Maverick style changer, you might want to invest in a set of Coop's super fingers. |

Let's hear you play "Millimeters and Millimeters of Texas."
Finally — a steel guitar sized to better match what many club owners are willing to pay for live music. |

If you play that one in "Hugheyland", only bats can hear it! _________________ The steel guitar is a hard mistress. She will obsess you, bemuse and bewitch you. She will dash your hopes on what seems to be whim, only to tease you into renewing the relationship once more so she can do it to you all over again...and yet, if you somehow manage to touch her in that certain magic way, she will yield up a sound which has so much soul, raw emotion and heartfelt depth to it that she will pierce you to the very core of your being. |

Gary, if you ever go to sell it, I'm first in line! My boy is always at my steel, and this one would be perfect for him. _________________ Jackson Steel Guitars

Before I was forced to go on disability because of my health, I had an autographed picture of Buddy Emmons and John Hughey hanging in my office at work. Very few people knew what a pedal steel was, and people would see the pictures and would ask what type of instrument they were playing. When Bobbe Seymour offered this one for sale in one of his newsletters, I jumped at it. I had this sitting on top of a file cabinet in my office in Baltimore, Maryland. It was a very good conversation piece. It is tuned to C6 now, but it can be changed to E9 fairly easy. I could have gotten a used GFI student model for what I have in this steel with the case. Back then I was working and making some money, so I don't regret it. Bobbe knows more about it if you want to contact him and he has pictures of it on his web page. |

That's the LJD model originally built for Little Jimmy Dickens. The company ran short on materials and only made this one. It's been rumored that it was used on the Small Wonder television series. Little did anyone know that it would eventually end up in Gary's collection. |
