Besides the well-known 705's, did Lawrence also make SG pickups that were labelled as 605 and 805? If so, what were the differences between all three types?

Yes they did. I used to have a spec sheet on these, but I seem to have misplaced it.
The 605 was a brighter sounding pickup. The 805 was heavier wound than the 705 to around 26k best I recall. Black individual coil surrounds with chrome casing. Not to be confused with the newer ones of different manufacture that are all black.

The first ad I ever saw for the 05 series was in the old Steel Guitarist magazine. It was called the 505 and was in a rosewood case.

I have an 805 on the C6th neck of one of my Franklins, and it sounds great. Just the right sound for that guitar.
