Along these same lines, does anyone know who the rest of the band was. I know there was Brent Mason, I'm assuming Stuart Duncan, also assuming Eddie Bayers (from names mentioned on another thread. Who were the 2 keyboard players, backup singers, rhythm guitar players, bass player?
Also, was that Mike Kennedy playing drums for George? Sure didn't look like him. |

At the end of the show when George sang, they switched bands to Ace In The Hole |

This is from a post by Julie Mason (Brent's wife) on another forum:
Brent Mason on electric, Steve Gibson on acoustic, John Jarvis on keys, Paul Franklin on steel, Glenn Worf on bass, Stuart Duncan on fiddle and Eddie Bayers on drums. This is the same band of studio musicians who have lent their amazing talents to all of George's albums over the past decades. The only two missing from the television lineup are Matt Rollings (who is replaced by John Jarvis since Matt's wife was due to have their baby any day) and Steve Nathan who was unable to come to the Las Vegas taping because of a work conflict. Having worked so closely with George for so long, George nicknamed his studio band "The Critters," and now since they have recorded the last three albums in Key West they are also referred to as "The Conch Critters."
The Ace In The Hole band backed up the last two songs of the show (The ones that George sang).
