I play a Emmons legrande. The length of the floor pedal from the pin where the pullrod connects to the end of the footpad is 2 3/4 inches. I measured a Mullin the other day and it is about 3 3/4 inchs. Question is what do the Rains, Zums, Carters and others measure? I find the longer pedal to be more comfortable and functional for me than the Emmons length of 2 3/4 inch. Has anyone ever changed this on a Legrande? I have played the Legrande for years but always felt my shoetips come in contact with the pedalrods and it has always bugged me. Comments please. Fred
