This is the first non MSA guitar I've over owned. It's very different from what I'm used to, but very nice. It has 7 pedals and has the cross rod and pedal mechanism in place to accept an 8th, and 5 knee levers.

I'm going to put a C6 on it and use it to study that tuning.

It must've been a pretty nice six-string.

It still is. It's just not MY pretty nice 6 string any more. Laughing

Seriously, it's a 1973 Baldwin built Gretsch Country Gent. It's a magnificent guitar but it has a 17 inch lower bout and I always found that very uncomfortable. I prefer 16 inches or less. In the 12 years I owned the guitar, I only used it once on one song on one of my CDs, and never played it in public.

And the guy who got it really likes it a lot. This was a win-win situation for both of us.
