Doc:

I tried to reply to your e-mail, but I kept getting my messages returned for some reason.

But here is what I wanted to say:

Is it an American-made G&L? If so, I'll take it.

All things work to the good for those who love the Lord..............

Did you hear anything yet, Rick? I have a feeling that the 'Tribute' logo means that it's not US-made.

These are very good guitars, all the same.

The large Tribute logo indicates it is made in Korea.

Current G&L Tributes are made in Indonesia,
and have the large G&L logo, with the small Tribute logo underneath.

Tributes have the "Made in the USA" MFD pickups.

The Tribute maple necks have a fretboard cap.
The truss rod installs from the top; no "skunk stripe".

The Tribute S/N scheme is yymmxxxxx; year/month/production #

This guitar was made in Korea which is a much better made guitar than Indonesia.. It is worth every penny and one of the best sounding and playing guitars I have seen.
If no one is interested I will keep it.
Thank you all for looking and information.

New Price shipped 400 to lower 48.

This is a great deal on a great guitar. I have one of these tribute guitars and a whole herd of '60's Fenders and I prefer the ASAT to my '65 Tele. It is a lot more versatile than original Telecasters.
