Calvin, I'm not sure what's on it. It's not a Bill Lawrence. It is a single coil, not too terribly hot, but with a good twangy yet sweet sound.

Now you've got my curiosity aroused. I may have to call Mr. Simmons and ask him.

Yeah, I think a George L comes standard on a Simmons.

This particular guitar has the Simmons pull-release undercarriage, but the body was made my some one else. It's all metal! I'm tempted to make a joke about using it in a heavy metal band, but I won't. Laughing

At some point, I may sell it and buy one of Bob's Genesis models. I really like the smoothness of the changer.
