I noticed that I've had this 7A for a year now.
When I got it, I installed a pair of DURACELLs and they are still going strong.
More than once, I have accidently left it on overnight.
Just how long will they last? _________________ Forget "world peace". Visualize using your turn signals. |

For starters, make sure you carry a spare set of 9v batteries and a small phillips screw driver just in case you need to change them on the gig. I've had the 9v in for over 2 years, but now I replace them once a year regardless. The sound I got when the battery did go bad was a loud popping and scratching sound. I had to take it out of the electronics loop to track it down. A PITA. |

All batteries last for me until halfway through the first verse of the first song of my next gig. It doesn't matter what type of battery, or what the piece of equipment is. ![Sad](images/smiles/icon_sad.gif) |

Jeff: Yes, Siree. I already carry all that, and more, in my tool/parts box.
Dave: I know what you mean. Had that happen with my DD-2. Man, I couldn't buy a wallwart fast enough.
Looks like the 7A may be an accessory that does not eat batteries like candy. _________________ Forget "world peace". Visualize using your turn signals. |
