Do you have any information on a black MSA D-10 Classic, serial number 2C386. Curious to how old and who/where it was originally sold. Bud Carter signed the final assembly sticker on the bottom. Also, what was the standard height on this vintage of MSA? Thanks for the help.

Kenny.....Your guitar shows to be a black double 10 which left the factory with 8 pedals and 2 knee levers. Its original destination was Chicago where our distributor was located. Sorry, but the exact date of completion was not entered into record.

Thank you for playing an MSA.

Kenny, your guitar was likely made between the end of January and the middle of February in 1973.

The standard height of the mica Classic D10 was 25 1/2", measured from the floor to the bottom edge of the endplates. (Adjustments made to the legs and pedal rods would allow a variance of about 1/2", PORM.)
