Wiz , I left a note to b0b and I figured I would ask you that I have had problems with Trojans this season ! Right now I have one called 'Thumbs' it is like a rabbit it is in 245 files and every time I delete it it shows up in 10 more places !
All help would be appreciated , I have tried Kaspersky , AVG and others <I> I have bought several and none of them work so I need your direction .

Have you tried installing and running MalwareBytes AntiMalware? If not, please do so. Be sure you update the definitions before scanning for malware. Follow the prompts and leave the default options checked.
Trend Micro Internet Security is also very good for removing known and new malware and Trojans. It is free to use for 31 days (fully functional), then must be paid for to continue using it. Note, that it will insist on uninstalling rival security apps. You can reinstall them after the TM installation is completed.

KJ, are you talking about these?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thumbs.db
If so, then you don't need to worry since they are not part of a trojan, Windows stores them in folders that have pictures so that it doesn't have to regenerate the thumbnails every time you open the folder. |

That was my first thought, until I Googled for "thumbs malware." That was when I learned that there is a class of the Zlob Trojan that disguises itself as thumbs.db, but is in reality a malware application.
The legitimate thumbs.db only appears once per directory, and only if images are previewed in that directory.
