I just got an Olympus WS-321 M recorder recently and, though it's technically a "voice" recorder, it works great for gigs and rehearsals. Only $63, and I spent an extra $10 for a Sony condenser mic. It records in 128K bps WMA files, so sound is quite decent. USB to hook up to your computer. Records in stereo, is an MP3 player...etc. I'm just posting this because if you don't want to part with $200 for a Zoom or Boss and don't need .wav files, this thing works great. I've recorded several gigs with it and people are amazed.
