I have just got hold of a Profex (1990) the old one that is, or I suppose a Profex 1. Does anyone know if there is a list of suggested "Steel" settings for this unit. I've never had one before so I suppose it will be a case of trial and error but if there is any kind of a guide it would be very helpful.
Cheers, Shakey.

Dave, you can go to Jack Stoner's Website.
You'll find a bunch of presets for the fex serie.
I've owned myself a profex I, II, tubefex and transtubefex. These presets works great with minor adjustments depending of which fex you own.

Dave, You can download a free manual, I did.
for Profex. Click on (1990) and that is the profex
1 or just plain Profex. The number will not be on the unit.
