Emmons P/P - I need the parts for a 9th string D to C# push

Hi -

Im looking for the parts to add a "push" to the 9th string so that the D goes to C#.
This would be from the Right Knee "Right". It currently does the 2nd string but not the 9th string.
Anybody out there that can help?
I would need the crank, rod, etc....
