Hi! My name is Tim Tweedale, and I play in a Canadian band called Sarah MacDougall and The Heroes.

I will be touring the UK in May, and if possible, I would like to rent or borrow an amplifier. However, I understand that renting is not common in the UK.
So... I am putting the words out to my fellow UK steel players... Anyone there have an amp you'd like to rent or lend to me for the month of May?
I like tube amplifiers, especially Fenders. Like the Blues JR., Hotrod Deluxe, and Bassman.

Hi
I notice you mention Blues Jr as a favoured amp. I have a Pro Jr you could use, if that's not too wee. It has an Eminence (Ragin Cajun) speaker in it so it can handle a bit more, perhaps, than a Pro Jr with the stock speaker.
Anyway, if that's any use let me know. I'm in Edinburgh and most of your tour's in England so there might be hassles getting the amp to you but see what you think.
