I think Marty has a good thing going with that show ,
the showmanship is outstanding -- they dress like
entertainers - not like their going work on your tractor .

That was a RERUN! It was the PREMIER show that originally aired back in November. Since Weldon played on so many of Connie's early hits, they wanted him on show #1. All the others have featured Gary Carter playing that green Zum. |

Yeah, and KV playes a sonic blue Jaguar. Is that cool or what?! :- )
I wish the show was an hour. Midwest Country is an hour which is 55 minutes too long some weeks, especially when Joe Savage is not playing steel.
I like Becky Schlabel (izzat how you spell it?) and Dave Church, but there is better talent at the local Moose Lodge compared to most of the acts and the lighting is terrible.
The Cumberland Highlanders is another great show, and if you drink enough beer Big Joe's Polka Hour can be a hoot... -L- _________________ I need an Emmons! |

I also wish the show was longer. Marty Stewart and the Hee Hew reruns are my two favorite shows. |
