Anyone have problems with their Korg rack mounted tuner drastically changing tones of their guitar? Just wondering if a good soaking with tuner bath would fix it or if I just need to leave it out of my processor chain.

I still have the one I used years ago when it first came out. I never had any problems with it.
Check all grounding. Open the unit and check all wire and solder connections. Have you tried using the T1 by itself with nothing else in the loop?

I've used this one since they first came out too and just last weekend I started having the problem. I started getting a lot of noise through it. So I dropped it out and went from my guitar through the volume pedal and into my profex II it's quiet. I also notice the mute function on the tuner quit working. (I normally go from my steel into the tuner then to the volume pedal and back to the profexII). I need to go get some tuner bath and see if that works. Then I'll open it up...

You probably have a blown IC in there if the tuner mute is not working. I had that happen to one of those about 15 years ago.
