Maybe I missed something, but I've never heard of them. Anyone familiar with these steels?
The guy with John Rich plays one. Just wondering.

I have played with a band called Guster that has stickers. The steel looks like it might be a Carter to me. Its hard to be sure though.

Very tasteful playing. Wonder why he has that sticker on it.

It seems that some folks like Mr. Randolph conceder the Carter the à la carte of PSGs. (The lowest priced PSG for the quality) Some folks might think he couldn’t afford the DINNER.
So he pastes a Fessenden sticker over Carter so nobody will know.
Here is my solution to the problem. Mr. Carter should change the name and price as I picture below:

I don't listen to the commercial country stations, so I didn't know John Rich did stuff aside from Big & Rich.

That sounded like an actual country song to me, and there was plenty of steel - Carter, Guster or otherwise.

Anyone know who the steel player is?

I suppose I could have paid attention to John's post above - my bad, actually I did read it earlier...these "over 50" moments are getting scarier all the time... Embarassed

Thanks for getting my eye back on the ball, Chris!

Fine playing, Dave!

Thanks guys. Yeah, that's little old me. I use the Guster sticker because they pay me thousands of dollars to put it on there. Yeah, that's why. Nah, I just love the band.
And yes, it is a Carter and I love that steel. It's my main touring steel.
