Any body catch Miss Jade Jack in the GFI Room W/ her fiddle? This young lady can sure sang & play.
Sure hope we get to see & hear a lot more of her next
year. Lots of talent for 13 a year old, & real Pretty too. |

Fred, I agree with you. I am Austin's grandma. I enjoyed them in the Mullen room. Didn't get to hear Jade sing then, but I am sure if she is like her aunt she sings great. Maybe they can get together again sometime.

Ms Donna, Yes I'm sure that will happen.That was a first for Jade to work w/electronics. I told her they are very unforgiving and they wait for no one. ha-ha

Jody, How well I remember! Folks, Jody and I were playing on the same venue a few years back and I took Jody's picks off of his steel and replaced them with a pair I had stepped on and flattened.
When they called Jody to play he proudly took the stage and smiled largely and picked up his picks.Thats when he started to cry.Our mutual friend Clyde Pegoda was putting on the show and Jody hollered at Clyde,"Clyde, look at what some sob did to my picks"! I thought he was gonna cry so I quickly stepped out from behind the PA set and said here is your picks.A good laugh and we're still friends. Uuuuhh, aren't we Jody?? |
