An uplifting older standard christian song, that I turn to, when the problems of this world trouble me! I hope you enjoy it! Be Blessed!

Thanks for posting Bishop.

Do you ever use pedals, or just specialize in non-pedal steel playing? I've listened to the others you have posted as well. Thanks and God bless.

Ken

Hi Ken, Smile
The answer to your question is "Yes", I previously played both Pedal and Non-Pedal steel, until an auto accident with a drunk driver, settled the issue by causing the loss of both legs, below the knee in 1995. I`m in the process of modifying all of my steels, to the use of knee levers, instead of foot levers. In the mean time, "single string note playing", is my forte`.
(Oh, and I still walk with prosthetics etc.)(smile)
I fully expect, to return the chord pattern process A.S.A.P. In the meantime, I trust you will continue to enjoy my efforts. And I truly Thank you for your encouragement.
Be Blessed!!! Smile

Bishop - I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune with the drunk driver. That happens all too often. I'm glad to see that you have adapted and have kept on playing despite your impairments. Where there's a will, there's a way. Keep on pickin' and using the talents God has blessed you with.

Bishop Hall,
This has to be the most uplifting rendition of that song that I have ever heard. It was perhaps my dear late Mothers favorite hymn of all. Thanks very much for sharing these videos with us. If you take requests... I'd love to hear "How Great Thou Art" in your style.
Thanks again.

Hi Brother Trevor,
I am honored by your encouragement, and certainly, I am also honored by your desire to hear one of the songs of your mother`s favorite hymns played in this style. I promise to do the best that I can to honor her, and you, in your request to do so. Watch for it. I will send you a PM, when complete. Thanks again for asking. Be blessed!
