Saturday gig w/Delilah DeWylde, 20 degrees, heated open tent, 3000 beer drinkers, dozens of brewers, yeehaw. New gig low temp record for me.

Later on the microbrews took effect and off came the jacket and earmuffs!!!

I have played many times in those heated tents and/or stage tent shelters and they were a nightmare for keeping the stringed instruments in tune.

Even with heaters directly under the instruments, there was never consistent heat flow.

BTW, it looks as though that drummer is halfway through a boring yawn. Surprised

Marching bands do this all the time. And they don't need no stinkin' heated tents. Confused

My experience is that women go to great lengths to look good. Baring the cold one afternoon is really nothing. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be to wear high heels on a regular basis. Nice T-8, by the way.

Hey Drew:
I played the strawberry festival one year in Alpena and it snowed on us. We were on a farm wagon and had to shut down early.Great folks up there...

Hey Bud!

I was skeptical about this show going off, but the sun was shining! I know lots of folks from Alpena, but have never had the pleasure of being there.

Hope yer well!

Thank you, Captain Obvious Smile
They are marching after all. We'd look pretty silly marching in place during "Lost Highway"!
