Looks like Chuck is learning another fretless instrument. Some people are gluttons for punishment. Wink

Here's Chuck...

I've been trying to teach myself the tenor sax (horn of plenty). Attached is a Benny Goodman tune I always loved. A tip of the hat to Herb Steiner's arrangement. I'm using the Frypan with a guest appearance from an old MSA pedal steel.

That has to be one of the best performances on steel guitar that I've heard in a long, long time. Full of inventive genius and creative abilities not often seen in a typical steel player.......such as myself.

GREAT WORK! Don't let anything from this point on, ever again deter you from reaching for the stars.

Congratulations!

Hi Kay and Marlin,
I'm glad you are enjoying the tune/arrangement. I'm really enjoying the sound that the tenor sax adds to the lap steel. It's a different combination. Are you guys going to the Dallas show next month?
