I was trying to fix something from remote last night, and accidentally crashed the server. Embarassed

This one was entirely my fault. Sorry.

Don't worry B0b. I don't think any one of us here on the forum care about that since you "are" the forum and without you we wouldn't even have it. We are blessed to have you & this forum. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart! Laurie

We are having a very strange problem. The page that is supposed to appear after you post a message is not appearing. I don't know why. It's causing a lot of duplicate posts because people hit the Submit button again.

My Doctor said not to let this happen again. I don't know if she meant me or you? She is a real good looking Dr. so thanks for an excuse to go for a visit.

b0b, it doesn't bother me any, a man has got to pull a little maintenace every now and then. Sometimes things go south a little bit before you can head back north. I admire your abilities dealing with such problems. You 'de man. Cool

I had accidentally set some buffer sizes to be larger than physical memory. If you allow 250 child processes to have 128 MB each, that's over 40 GB! Duh!

Bad sysop. No pizza.

It's a real nice forum when it works. I'm suspecting the hardware at this point. It is crashing very hard. I have to physically go to the office and recycle power.
