Steve.....MSA serial number 2C5543 shows to be a walnut color double 10 which left the factory with 8 pedals and 4 knee levers. It's original destination was a music store called Guitar City, location unknown.

Your guitar was born on March 16th 1977!

Thank you for playing an MSA and being part of our family.

Thank You Reece for for the quick reply and the information. This is a Great guitar and it is always nice to know a little history.

Thanks to Brian for the headsup on the fret boards. I checked Tom's web site and I am ordering a pair in the morning!

As I recall, the old "Guitar City" was located in Centerville, Utah.

Now just how the heck did you remember the name of a music store in Utah, Donny?

There was also Don Edwards' Guitar City, the steel guitar center of Denver CO. I'd bet that was the GC in question.
