I have a 76 Excel D10 that somebody took the RkR D to C# pull rod and tuner and pull pin off of. Does anybody happen to know any cross reference to these parts? I have an email in to Mitsuo Fujii, but I hate to bother him with such a small matter. (edited to add:) Oh, and I also sent the same email to Scotty, after studying the fuzzypsg site.
I made up a picture of what I am looking for here:
Thanks in advance for any info.
I could probably make something from the hardware store, but I don't know how to broach the hex key hole in the tuner. I would have to put a slot head in just that one.

Just send an e-mail to Don Curtis at Scotty's.
I needed some parts for an Excel I just rebuilt and Don took very good care of me.
If Scotty doesn't have the parts on hand, he will order them from Excel.
I got everything from fretboards, pull rods, those bellcrank thingies and decal. |

Thanks, Erv.
Mr. Fujii himself emailed me right back within hours. Amazing customer response.
Also I heard from Scotty's right away. Wow!!
Talk about customer support for a 32 year old guitar.
That is the best!!
Problem solved. I am in contact with Don and we will get it straightened out.
I did some checking, and those odd values I have on the picture are the result of being metric.
0.217 ~ 5.5 mm for the pull pin
0.1 ~ 2.5 mm for the rods
(edited to add)
Machinery Handbook lists 2.5 x .45 as a standard metric thread, but Don says it is really 2.6, much less common in the States here. I think in a pinch some 3/32 stainless welding rod and a 4-40 threading die would get me by. Tuning would be 30% coarser, though.
