One of the reasons that we play this mysterious instrument is that when it works, the result is magical and evokes a magical feeling.

I have been trying to learn, for the past 40 years, TB's steel breaks and fills in the Buckaroos "A Maiden's Prayer" and "Faded Love".

A few years back, when I bought Tom's Tab book(s), I asked him if he had ever tabbed out the breaks to these two tunes. He hesitated, then said "no". Methinks that at the time it was a polite way of making me find it for myself.

Today, whilst playing along/against the two tracks, I nailed 'em. It was magical.

Thanks TB.

I'm sure you are correct in your assumption! Very Happy
During the process of trying to find those elusive licks, we actually learn more about the instrument, as apposed to just copying some tab.

Nic
