I'm sitting here in the CBS Videotape Library in Hollywood watching the East Coast airing of David Letterman and hearing some steel in the background as they were intro-ing Paul and the band and guests Renee Zellweger and Graham Nash. (Thought I heard a snippet of "Teach Your Children." I've occasionally seen a Stringmaster at Sid's side (yes! I think I saw him sitting down at something behind GN coming back from a break. Or did Graham bring Dean Parks with him?)
Stay up, Eastern/Central/Mountain. Heads up, Pacific. _________________ "Gopher, Everett?" |

Ben, I heard that too and then I fell asleep as Letterman's a little boring, but I was wondering who was playing the steel. Did anyone play later I wonder.........JH in Va. _________________ Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!! |

I don't know if he's still playing with him, but Jeff Pevar plays lap steel and has done a lot of work with Graham, David Crosby and CSN. |
