Well, I see Dad beat me to this so I'll just add that Huckabee is on the Fox News Channel Saturday nights at 7:00pm central time. It repeats at 1:00am on Sunday, and runs again on Sunday night. They gave some great coverage to the steel guitar last time and as always Ray and the band were great! You won't want to miss this triple treat, Ray, Willie, and Jim.

Hey Dottie & Fred I'm going to see Ray and Willie tonight in New Brunswick N.J. My friend Tom Wardle from wdvrfm.org has all access passes so we may get to talk with everybody back stage. I guess that means the shows are prerecorded for TV.

They had Jim back beside the bleacher seats and he was playing his ass off and did not get a whole lot of coverage. Oh well, we know what a great player Jim is. Jody.

We just got back from the Ray/Willie show and it was great. We got to talk to Willie for a while and I put him in touch with a mutual friend, Les Severs.
We got to go on Ray Prices' bus for a while and he was really nice to be around. Got a few pictures and saw a great show. Jim did his usual fine job and we could actually hear the steel. Every thing was well balanced. Ray had four fiddles and they all sounded as good as I knew they would.

Just seen Willie and Ray on the Huckabee show on fox tv last night. They did two songs, Faded Love and Crazy. Willie and Mike did most of the talking..Ray seem a bit tired and really showing his age...his responses to Mike's questions were muddled and incoherent at best so Mike redirected most of his questions to Willie. The fiddle and piano were out front, the steel could hardly be heard. Jim's a great steeler but they really did him wrong on that show...what a disappointment.

Brad, you must have been watching in stereo and had it panned to one side. I watched the same show and the steel was right up there in the mix, it also might have been your cable system. We have Cox here in Virginia and the music mix was great.......JH in Va.

Hey Jerry, We have comcast cable but the fiddle and piano were loud and the Steel was very low in the mix...it probably was not noticed by people that are not aware of the sound. Another thing, they had about a five second camera shot of the Steel player, the fiddle player and piano player had a lot of camera time...the steel was so low that it would not have been missed if it were not there at all...what a shame

My wife taped it for me and the steel came out loud and clear.
