Visitation will be Sunday, May 24th from 4-8 PM and Monday, May 25th from 1-8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Madison,TN. 37115. Phone (615) 865-1101. The funeral will be held at 10:00AM Tuesday, May 26th at the same location. In lieu of flowers, the Lewis family advises donations may be made to the Metro Christian School Band Dept. 730 Neely's Bend Road. Madison,TN 37115.

I've checked the address of the Spring Hill Funeral Home in Madison and it shows 5110 Gallatin Pike. We will take I-24 and connect exit on Briley Parkway east and exit on Gallitin road. Then turn north and the cemetary should be real close.
