I think someone here might be interested in this....
Link to auction on eBay.
Is that not a really good "buy it now" price $850?
I have nothing to do with this auction, just a heads up to everyone. |

Not really. It looks like two necks of what was once a larger Stringmaster. I think it's either the middle two necks of a quad, or possibly two necks of a triple. There are no legs or even sockets for legs. The original control plate is gone and it looks like a non-original switch and one control has been added. Non-original output jack has been added on the end. Having said that... it probably sounds good, like a Stringmaster should! _________________ My Site / My YouTube Channel

I think you're right Doug, looks like the front two from a triple. I think they put the toggle switch in the slot for the pickup selector.
It probably does sound good but the price seems to be already at top dollar (IMHO-for a "parts" guitar) and still has six days to go. |

You just won't find a clean intact Stringmaster in that price range.
Doug is right - it's the middle 2 necks from a Quad.
If it were 2 necks from a triple, there would be leg sockets under the front neck.
Many Quads were parted out or split up into 2 or 3 guitars. It's a real shame.
But there's no reason it shouldn't sound great.
One of the best sounding Stringmaster necks I ever played was the 3rd neck from a Quad.
It had no sockets or controls, and it had been painted black.
Keith Cordell has recently re-acquired it, and he's planning on keeping it this time! _________________
