Just a question from Germany about how it's done in the Opry:
On the Homepage of the Opry there is an ad for a Show called 'Superstar Spectacular" which reads like this:
Superstar Spectacular
For Reservations call 1-615-889-3060
June 14 and 15, 2001 at 11:00 PM CENTRAL
A ticket for Thursday and Friday evening's star-studded show including legendary and today's Super Stars.
PRICE: $36 Main Floor/Mezzanine and $26 Upper Balcony
But there is nowhere a link or something who those stars will be. Here in Europe, I am used to buy tickets for a show knowing who I will see (maybe with a few surprise guests).
Is this the usual way how it's done in Nashville or can anybody tell me something about this show?.

I pulled up the opry and under superstar spectacular it lists it as being held at the opry house june 14 & 15 the lineup for the 14th is Bill Anderson,Joe Diffe,Tracy Lawrence,Collin Raye, Johnny Rodriguez, Chalee Tennison, Trick Pony and Keith Urban.
artists for the 15th are:T.Bubba Bechtol, Cris Cagle, Bill Carlisle, Jimmy Dickens, Jack Greene, James House,and Brad Paisley.
tickets are 36.00 mezzanine 26.00 Upper Balcony proceeds benifit the opry Trust Fund. ticket Info (615) 871-opry |
