| Come on down to the shop Friday- always some action- Rick Schmidt will be playing 4:30- 9 in Oceanside at McCabes (about 5 min away)- we're about an hour south of the NAMM show. |

Thanks for the plug Jim, but actually this week the steel chair will be in the very talented hands of our good friend Kevin Ryan. I'll be on bass. Subbing for Kevin's brother Bob, on six string, will be local celebrity Jim Soldi(Ricky Scaggs and Johnny Cash alumni). This gig has been going for awhile now, and has proven that real honky tonk shuffles can really rock the crowd! Having Jim's cool one of a kind steel guitar store so close by has kept a lot of steel guitar energy coming through our swingin'doors.  |
