Is Buddy's "Wills Point" about the town in Texas or the Wills Brothers' nightclub "Wills Point Ballroom" in Sacramento?

I don't believe Buddy could have gotten much inspiration from Wills Point, TX.

It's the California amusement park (sorta) that BW owned during his stay in No. CA that is the inspiration for Big E's namesake composition.

Yes, "Wills Point" is named after the ballroom in California. Winking

Hey, ya'll be nice now. Smile My late mother-in-law was born in Myrtle Springs and raised in Wills Point. Her brother still lives in Edom. Van Zandt County, Texas, YES SIR! Small world.
