Howdy Freinds The New England Steel Guitar Association will be holding it's 6'TH Mini Steel Guitar Jamboree the 28'TH of December at the American Legion Post 15 in East Greenwich R.I.at 1016 Main Street which is also Route 1.WE have a new band and a great band Ray Cross & Country Heartbeats. This is not a ordinary band they are a Professional band and classic Country there is no other.Ray Cross worked the Nashville area for 20 years and has a great voice. We are exspecting a couple of out of State players again at this Mini Jamboree.Hopefully Diana Smith and Dick will be with us as Diana is a Gospel Nashville Recording Star.We also have DVD's of our Steel Show we had in October.E-Mail me if you are interested in buying one they came out good.

This not only will be our 6'TH Steel Guitar Mini Jamboree but our Christmas Jamboree also. The American Legion has a full time Cook in the kitchen now.We will celabrate Christmas with lots of great Christmas songs and with great people. We exspect over 125 people that comes to all our Mini Steel Guitar Shows. All are welcome to come and celabrate with us.From all our Members and Anna and I we wish all our Steel Guitar Forum freinds a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.WE have a new hall for our meetings and it is owned by one of our members and we get it free. Now that is what I call a great member and we will do all we can to help her with her Animals and she also wants to do a lot to help out the Veterans.WE will be there for her to help in any way we can. NESGA is a non Profit organization and we have our American Legion Post 15 for our Charitable Oganization and support the American Veterans. I'm a Veteran and Proud to be a Veteran of this Great Couintry. I would do it all over at again at the age of 72 .

OK Ralph we can fix that for you. You have a big room built on top of your Mobil Home and we will be able to have the Mini Steel Guitar Jamboree's and Steel Show there plus the meetings and you supply the Food for our Pot luck Dinners at the meetings.I think the Park owner will just love it.HA WE might be a little noisey for your neighbors but who cares about your neighbors as lone as we all have fun.

I've been told that we will have a packed house at our Mini Steel Guitar Jamboree this comming Sunday. They have not had any Music or Dances in two weeks and that is making the People itching to go out and dance. We have a great band for this Mini Jamboree. Ray Cross & Country Heartbeats. They are the top of the line band and we can not wait to play with this band.

Laughing Yo, Sam: you did it again, the mini jam was a great success considering it fell between Christmas & New Years, The band was great, I felt right at home playing with them. The audience was really enjoying the whole day, I feel privledged that I was asked to play a gig with them. Once again great job on your part. Watch out for white pants.... "Ralph"

YO Ralph I'm glad you had a great time and enjoyed playing with the Band. They are what Ray wanted a Professional Band and they did a Great Job.Al Denton said they were right on the money with every song and the were right together and they are tight.I'm glad you are going to play a Gig with them as you were right on the money with them.WE did fine for being in between Christmas & New Years. All I care about is we made enought to pay the Hall the Band and had money to put in the bank in the NESGA Account. Our Meeting will be comming up January 18TH and we will talk about the dues and Future Mini Steel Guitar Jamborees.I have the bands all booked until June.WE have Lovin Country,Susan Adams and Side Kicks,Goat Ropers, and Doggie and the Cow Pie Poachers. The people all love these bands to dance to.
