Hey Bob, I've seen Pete Drake's "Goldie" steel at Ernest Tubb Record Shop in downtown Nashville. I've also seen the Sho-Bud that Buddy Emmons used where he spelled his name Buddie. Both steels have interesting stories behind them.

Brett, Thanks for your reply. "Goldie" was on display a couple years ago at the ET Record Shop. "Goldie" has now been moved to the Musician's Hall of Fame. The ET Record Shop has been replaced it with a blonde "The Professional" model on display under glass along side of Pete Drake's Steel Guitar Hall of Fame plaque. I edited my reply to include a photo of Pete Drake & "Goldie" back in the day.
