I'm probably way behind the curve in seeing this DVD, but I must post for anyone else who has not.

First let me say I am not a shill for Russ and Laney Hicks and I've never met them. With that being said, If you do not own this DVD......... ok let me nice. GO GET IT! My buddy Dick Sexton from up the road let me borrow it yesterday and let me tell you; this is a must have piece of steel guitar history. You'll laugh harder than you have in a while. You may even shed a few tears. It is without question worth every penny of whatever it cost and then some. Live at the '06 convention in St Louis. Laney Hicks singing with 11 of the all time super pickers of all time. How can it not be fantastic. (Sorry Dick, I hope you have another one. You won't be getting this one back.) Greg

This will be a classic in the Steel World. It is one of the best ever made and I don't envision anything like it again. Get it while you can. I am sure Russ and Laney would love to get one to you. Not only that it would help them greatly in this time of year.
We all know she is taking care of her brother and many added duties. We can show our love and blessings
and get a classic DVD worth a million at the same time. If you don't have the "You do the steel tracks"
They are available also. They are great with Laney singing. This would be a great Christmas gift for you and Laney and Russ.
WE all love their music and them so much.

Remember the work I did on your Derby last night. All I have to do is press this little red button and you can carry that basket of parts over to one of your other stealing friends. Laughing Man, I'm glad you enjoyed it. When I picked it up in Atlanta, Mr. Hicks said I wouldn't be disappointed. And I wasn't until now. Cool

This was a great night in steel guitar history. I feel honored that I was able to provide the sound for the DVD. Yep, a few glitches, but overall very good.

Your right Bill. History! You did a great job in recording that history. Is there any other instrument that brings together so many people in so many ways?
I can't hardly stop watching it. Greg

Being a part of that whole project from day one was the most fun I've had in my life. And I feel it was that way with everybody involved, And, When you watch the DVD you'll see that feeling come out. If you get the dvd you'll want the c.d. that caused the stir to begin with. Merry Christmas everyone.
